Bone Broth Diets


KellyAnn Petrucci, MS, ND, has a recent bestseller called the Bone Broth Diet. Several other books have also come out promoting the health benefits of bone broth. It is an interesting concept. She combines fasting (1 or 2 days a week) with bone broth to make it a quick weight loss plan. The fasting resets your hormones and cleanses the body. (See intermittent fasting)

The benefits of the bone broth are:
